The Milwaukee CoC released “Milwaukee’s 10-Year Plan to End Homelessness” on Monday, February 22nd, 2010. The plan created a housing-first strategy with four main pillars:
- Homelessness prevention and emergency shelter
- Economic support and employment
- Behavioral health and support services
- Permanent housing.

The Annual Milwaukee CoC Planning Day occurred on March 25th, 2015. The event was a day-long retreat and was held at the UWM Zilber School of Public Health. Below are some of the photos of the event.
