FY2018 System Performance Measures Reports<\/strong><\/p>\n Each year, Milwaukee CoC & all CoCs nationwide\u00a0submit a report to HUD demonstrating systemwide performance in 7 national priority areas:<\/p>\n Each CoC is responsible for explaining risk factors identified relating to performance in each measure and strategies to enhance performance annually in the consolidated application for CoC funding.
