The Continuum of Care (CoC) consists of many member organizations. The CoC is a consortium that is composed of CoC, CDBG, HOPWA, ESG (Federal, State, City), and EHH funded organizations. The CoC also works in partnership with agencies that provide supportive services to the homeless in Milwaukee. CoC member agencies that are funded by the sources listed include:
