On November 22, 2013, HUD posted the Continuum of Care NOFA. CoC’s must submit the application to HUD by 7:59:59 PM ET on February 3, 2014.

NOFA UPDATE:
To adhere to NOFA transparency requirements, the Milwaukee Continuum of Care must make all parts of the CoC Consolidated Application available to its community for inspection and to notify community members and key stakeholders that the application is available. To also satisfy accesibility, the Lead Agency has placed a notification on the City of Milwauke – Community Development Grants Administration website (www.cityofmilwaukee.gov) and in the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel; with hardcopies available in the City of Milwaukee Community Development Grants Administration office between – Friday, Jan. 24, 2014 to Friday, Jan. 31, 2014.
